School-Centred. Educationally Meaningful. Internationally Connected.
Lumos Era Education is based in the UK, with the UK and Europe at the heart of our work. We also connect schools with trusted education partners in Australia, New Zealand and other international destinations.
We specialise in designing educational study programmes, immersive overseas learning experiences, cultural exchanges and school-to-school partnerships for schools in Hong Kong and across Asia.
We believe that international exchange is more than a journey.
It is an extension of education — another classroom beyond the school gates.
Our work is built around long-term school partnerships. We start with the needs of each school, then connect schools with suitable overseas schools, educational organisations and resources to create meaningful opportunities for students to learn, connect and grow.
We do not simply focus on where students go. We begin with the school’s educational aims, students’ needs and curriculum priorities, integrating classroom learning, cultural experiences, international exchange and skills development into every programme.
We value: School Needs | Educational Depth | Character Development | Global Perspectives | Long-term Partnerships
Whether it is a traditional educational study programme, an overseas classroom experience or the development of a long-term partnership with an overseas school, we place equal importance on educational value, quality of delivery, safeguarding and continuity.
Founder Lila has been based in the UK for many years and has developed a strong understanding of the UK education system, school culture and the way schools operate. Through an established local education network, she connects schools with suitable overseas schools and educational partners.
International exchange is not simply about travelling.
It is about giving students the opportunity to learn through the real world — and creating experiences that can become a meaningful part of a school’s educational vision and wider school community.
